Yes I am a food fanatic. I love food to an extent that I can start obsessing over it. It has been nearly two years of constant monitoring of what gets into my tummy + some nerve wrecking, maniac, senseless exercises to get to this point of having lost 15kg. Gosh I don't even know how I could pack so much of extra waste in. Any ways after lot of net browsing and trying out all sort of fad diets I came across a post by Raj Ganpath on one my friend's threads. The whole way of putting the idea food and how it is used as fuel to body rather than making you fossil is definitely what makes this blog unique compared to the gazillion health blogs. The author is his own subject so the whole blog is 100% tested, no MYTH. He had consultations open, so after lot of reluctance( no idea y) I signed up for it and must say its one of the few things I feel money well spent. No gimmicks, you eat properly, you listen to your body, you understand it and fuel it when and while it requires and end of the you see the result for yourself. How cool is that. So its been 3 months since I started on the path to awesomeness, and the end of it I feel the rapport with my whole system has gone up notches,My experimentation with food has gone up several folds. I am happily lifting weights ( 40 pounds without any cuss words), enjoying cheese cakes, seeing muscle definition :D and feeling immensely confident. I will post all the food recipe I have tried with or without pics in a separate blog :)

World Champions
April 2nd 2011...will be etched for ever in my heart..Though not a cricket fanatic or even a fan, I was totally glued to the match. It all started from our glorious win over "ARCH-NEMESIS". Only then did it dawn upon that I never missed a ind-pak match :).Then came the finals India vs Srilanka, two asian nations pitted against one another,I seriously dint want another 1997. But we did showcase some spectacular courage in spite of the first 2 players being dismissed for a measly score. It was indeed a visual treat to see the opponents being crushed. And the moment we lifted the WORLD CUP was sheer ecstasy..I still bask in the glory of hailing from the country which just won the world cup ( even without the world cup IAM PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN)
Cricket is indeed a religion in India and we don't accept any blasphemy.

Day without doing any thing!!!
As weird as it sounds , so blissful it is...My trip to Sweden being eventful and refreshing at the same, got me a day of doing absolutely nothing, all I did was eat sleep, sleep and eat, no phones no chats just me and myself. Only the next day did i realize how insanely fresh I was.It is not that I want to run away from daily chores or day-to-day problem, but such break is indeed blissful..:)

dud movies offlate
Watching over-hyped utterly disappointing movies off late, which just left pondering is it just me...Just like the England foot ball team...this team was so over-rated by the media that it staggered to face the ball thrown at it face by the herculean Germans..Each and every director has his own forte, nuances..but his fate lies with the audiences...Taking audiences into account..There are various sector of them..some following one particular director or actor..some who just watch movies because its there...A director fails his duty when he cannot bring his vision into life even for his own audience...So the whole fun of movie watching is gone..When u go for a venkat prabhu's movie ur mind is tuned into a fun and a light hearted movie, when u go for a shankar's movie u look for extravagance, new technology in cinema yadaa yadaa yadaa, when u go for a kamal's movie u r in for a surprise, And when u go for a mani ratnam's movie you look for his signature touch ( lighting, acting, music, editing, story)..But offlate mani ratnam is carving a niche for himself in making most pathetic movies...

Why!!
Why take pride in being called an expensive city, when there is nothing in it for a commoner?
Why call a safest city when u can be slashed any where?
Why be called as a most friendly nation whilst campaigning "Be courteous"?
Why be called litter free, when there is just litter every where?
Why be called a multi national when one cant speak English?
Why be a racist in a multi racial country?
And thus the why goes on.....

Colours
Yup yup and yuuuuppp...thats what it is...Since the background of my non-existent blog is changed, hence the title..Few things in my life make me happy or rejuvenated thinking abt...My parents, parents-inlaw, siblings and associated, my husband and ofcourse my 2 wonderful dogs..Bruno Sr and Bruno Jr. Well the next thing is bright reverberant colors..I use reverberant coz that is the effect it causes in mind...echoooee..woow!! writing about colours itself makes me more exhilarated :)...Colours or color is a reflection of a persons mood. Leaving away the basic fundamental colours or so called the primary colours, the rest are formed and accidentally found by dropping two or more colours together. When looking at a colour can make u feel so happy , I wish to see the joy on the face of the person who actually brought the colour out.. :)
