Yes I am a food fanatic. I love food to an extent that I can start obsessing over it. It has been nearly two years of constant monitoring of what gets into my tummy + some nerve wrecking, maniac, senseless exercises to get to this point of having lost 15kg. Gosh I don't even know how I could pack so much of extra waste in. Any ways after lot of net browsing and trying out all sort of fad diets I came across a post by Raj Ganpath on one my friend's threads. The whole way of putting the idea food and how it is used as fuel to body rather than making you fossil is definitely what makes this blog unique compared to the gazillion health blogs. The author is his own subject so the whole blog is 100% tested, no MYTH. He had consultations open, so after lot of reluctance( no idea y) I signed up for it and must say its one of the few things I feel money well spent. No gimmicks, you eat properly, you listen to your body, you understand it and fuel it when and while it requires and end of the you see the result for yourself. How cool is that. So its been 3 months since I started on the path to awesomeness, and the end of it I feel the rapport with my whole system has gone up notches,My experimentation with food has gone up several folds. I am happily lifting weights ( 40 pounds without any cuss words), enjoying cheese cakes, seeing muscle definition :D and feeling immensely confident. I will post all the food recipe I have tried with or without pics in a separate blog :)
